Under the concept of his excellency Mahinda Rajapaksha,the president of democratic socialist republic 5000 children friendly schools to be constructed.Thus 1000 secondary schools are in rapid progress.consequently, newly constructed Mahindodaya Technological Laboratory  of Welimada Central College is to be launched by his excellency president Mainda Rajapakshe on 14th of September 2014
